Dear Girl I Passed Outside of Kilgo: I can tell by your umbrella and rainboots that you recognize that it is, in fact, raining. That is good— when you fail to notice water coming out of the sky, that is a bad sign. Also a bad sign? The fact that you are still wearing your overly trendy… HAHA - Just saw individual #2 today and was able to identify this character. I doubt there are numerous people on campus sporting this look.
